Coastal Plain Conservation Nursery, Inc., established in 1999, is the largest provider of container-grown native plants for ecosystem restoration in North Carolina.
We work closely with designers and installation contractors to provide the top performing native species for stormwater wetlands and ponds, stream restoration, wetland mitigation, riparian buffers, and erosion control.
Failure isn't an option for ecosystem restoration. Neither is wasted time or money. So we use a full range of nursery techniques to produce plants with the highest survival in challenging sites, in the most cost-effective sizes, then deliver or ship to meet our customers tight schedules.
Technology transfer is an integral part of our mission. We help our customers to select the best plant species and size for each application, and to design sites which maximize plant growth at minimal cost.
